20-Year Roof Installation Workmanship Warranty
Qualifying roof installations include a 20-year transferable workmanship warranty.
Your written warranty explains the covered installation work, applicable conditions, and transfer requirements. Ask us to review those details with you when planning your roof replacement.
5-Year Repair Workmanship Warranty
Qualifying repairs include a 5-year workmanship warranty.
Your estimate and warranty documents identify the repair scope and applicable coverage. A localized repair warranty applies to the specified work; it does not establish coverage for every part of the existing roof or exterior.
10-Year Siding Installation Workmanship Warranty
Siding installations include a 10-year workmanship warranty. Your written warranty identifies the covered installation work and applicable terms. Manufacturer product warranties are separate from our workmanship coverage.
10-Year Gutter Installation Workmanship Warranty
Gutter installations include a 10-year workmanship warranty.
The project documents identify the installation work and applicable terms. If your project also includes guards, screens, or related repairs, we explain the coverage associated with those items.
Workmanship and Manufacturer Warranties
Workmanship warranties address covered installation or repair work. Manufacturer warranties address products under the manufacturer’s terms.
They are separate warranties. Product coverage depends on the materials selected and the applicable manufacturer requirements.
